Coming soon... {Maternity Shoot-Deerfield Beach, FL}

The D'Aries family is patiently awaiting the arrival of their first little one!  They chose not to find out the gender of the baby, so when their bundle of joy makes it's appearance, it will be a wonderful surprise for all!  I am very excited to take newborn photos of their little guy or gal in just a few weeks!  Here are a few of the belly shots we captured at the beach on another beautiful, South Florida day.

The vast majority of my time these days is dedicated to capturing my client's memories!  As much as I love and enjoy the structure of composing shots of a couple on their wedding day, or a newborn baby's tiny feet, I am still drawn to the abstract beauty found in places most would not consider beautiful.  While riding alongside my best friend, we passed BeechGrove Cemetery (est. 1841) and it immediately caught my eye as a place I must visit and photograph.  I set out early one morning, all bundled up, to take some photos that I feel turned out spectacularly peaceful.  Enjoy!

Snow Day! {Muncie, IN}

There was plenty of snow when I was back in Indiana for Christmas!  I welcomed the cold weather and the fluffy, white fun considering it has been about 3 years since I've seen snow, let alone taken advantage of playing in it.  Luckily my cousin, Taylor, was also in town from Houston and was just as excited as I was about the opportunity to frolic about in our Grammy's back acreage.  The two of us shared a hysterical sledding adventure as well, however, the photographic and video footage from that trip will NOT be shared on the blog! (I love you, Tay) ;-)

I am fortunate enough to say that I was so busy with bookings this holiday season that I haven't really had time to post photos of the fabulous people I was able to photograph!  I wanted to share some photos from a beachside wedding that took place on December 12, 2010.  Congratulations to the bride and groom!
